CRE Off-Market Program
The principals of the CRE Off-Market program are continuously reaching out to property Sellers and Banks who are in need of divesting certain commercial properties or notes in today’s marketplace. Our in-house analyst staff conducts a rudimentary market valuation, and if the found to be appropriate, the asset is made available for acquisition in the CRE Off-Market program. We present these opportunities to a select group of institutional and private equity investors whose acquisition criteria closely matches the available asset. Over the years, the principals of CRE Xchange have established broad, deep and key direct relationships with financial institutions, and private commercial property owners who are in need to liquidate their commercial assets in a discreet “Off Market” sales process.
Off Market commercial assets usually comprise of the actual real estate, but in some circumstances include the 1st trust deed commercial note secured by a commercial property. The CRE Off-Market program deals with all commercial property types (ie: Office, apartments, Retails, Industrial, etc) in a nationwide setting. Typically, this program is best suited for commercial assets that are priced at $5 Million or more.
