1031 Exchange Financing

1031 exchanges or tax-deferred exchanges allow real estate investors to defer capital gains taxes on the sale of property. This remains one of the best ways to build real wealth in this country, as capital gains taxes can literally wipe out all of the profits an investor spent a life time building. We provide commercial financing for the acquisition of "like-kind properties" that you have identified.

One of the most important aspects of providing capital for 1031 exchanges is meeting the time lines set by the IRS. If investors are not able to close, on the newly identified property on time, they will have to pay capital gains taxes. We are experts in this business and are able to perform and meet extremely tight time frames. For example, we routinely provide full commitments in less than 5 business days, from the time we receive a “completed” loan package. This is not an exaggeration.
