Oversees the acquisitions desk for CRE Xchange, and his specialties revolve around providing full-service, customized asset investment solutions to REITs, Hedge Funds and other Private Equity Funds obtaining distressed loan and REO portfolios. His focus is centered on cultivating new and existing relationships with Investment Banks, GSE’s, Securities Firms, and other financial institutions. Mr. Bindi transactions focus on distressed notes for a variety of commercial asset types which include Multi-Unit, Retail, Industrial, Office, Land and Mixed-Use.Mr. Bindi has over 20 years of entrepreneurial real estate experience. Prior to being a founding principal of CRE Xchange, he successfully owned and managed a thriving real estate development company, developing five subdivisions comprising over 700 homes. Additionally, Mr. Bindi co-owned and operated a flourishing Brokerage firm with over 60 Agents that specialized is distressed property negotiations and workouts. Mr. Bindi has Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Missouri, a Masters of Science degree from Purdue University, and is a licensed Broker in the State of California. |
